Partay! At Krystal and Gabe’s new house!

I don’t want to call it a house warming as we don’t want our house any warmer! But rather a house welcoming an opening of the doors to all of you who are close to us to let you know that the door is ALWAYS open to you and you are always welcome in our home.

Starting at 3pm on Friday June 12th til dusk or dawn or whenever you think you might want to wander to your own home. Bring your kids, bring your friends, bring your swimsuit and a towel, bring a dish (preferrably meat free and health friendly!) we will have a big potluck, bbq and feast.

So please come and join us, comment if you are coming or need the address we are very happy to open our doors to you and share a little bit of ourselves.

Camping in Wells Gray – May Long

Hi ho hi ho it’s a camping we will go.

We are going to brave the potential dampness and head out to Wells Gray Provincial Park this weekend for a little camping with 5 kids. Any and all are welcome our good friend Christopher will join us for a bit of family camping before he heads off for some wilderness camping in the back country of Wells Gray. It is a beautiful park and we will have a ton of fun. Bringing magnifying glasses and lots of bananas and chocolate!

Hope to see you there – we are hoping to leave Friday afternoon and be back on Monday afternoon.

Playhouse Raising this Sunday

Hello All!

It is official Gabe and Krystal are living in the same house with all of their kids. There are five of them. I know you know just reminding you. hee hee. Krystal and her skills with the classifieds has scored a wooden play structure for the kids! This thing is cool like the ones you see at Costco for $2k and would never ever buy but totally want to play on. We now own one and it is in pieces in the back yard.

Which means… we are welcoming you to a Playhouse Raising at our home on Tod Cres this Sunday. We are thinking potluck brunch and come and go as you please for the late morning early afternoon. Perhaps it will turn into a BBQ by the end of the day.

Krystal would like to build a solar oven with the kids and she is gathering supplies. If between now and then you come across some heavy grade plastic please bring it along! Also any smallish closing boxes. Think shoebox perhaps?

So the invite has been extended please come out and join us and welcome to our home! This will be the first of many wonderful events to come.
